Many ONA members work with internationally educated nurses (IENs). Many other members are IENs themselves, who have left their homes to come to Canada and be part of the health-care workforce here.
But how well do they know each other?
In the video interview below, ONA member Mark Anthony Gravoso shares a bit about his experience as an IEN and what IENs bring, both to their workplaces and Ontario society.
