Fifty-five and frugal

Here are my F-words based on the recent arbitration decision: Fifty-five and frugal.

If you are an ONA member and are 55 or older, RETIRE NOW, even if you have to be frugal to survive. This might mean downsizing your home, having one vehicle only for the family, dining out less, taking no more vacations, reconsidering your health benefits, and possibly getting a part-time job doing anything else but nursing.

Nurses, STOP being disrespected!
