In her Look Ahead to 2026 video, ONA Provincial President Erin Ariss has an important message: we can’t stay silent.
Noting that we’re still facing serious challenges, such as RN cuts, understaffing, privatization and violence in the workplace, she assures members that we have every reason to be confident because “we have never backed down from a fight and aren’t about to now.”
