Feckless
Feckless is the F-word I think about when it comes to my employer!
They send sicker and more complex patients to us, but don’t provide us with more support. Instead, we have to work with fewer resources, and our complaints go nowhere.
Their feckless disregard for our safety and mental health has caused many nurses to leave our site.
I don’t care about your budget and bonuses. I care about my colleagues, who deserve to work in an environment that won’t burn them out. I care that my patients receive the best care we can provide.
Our work with ONA is never-ending and I’m going to continue the fight!
