We need to come together!
So many times I hear coworkers asking why aren’t things getting better? What is ONA doing for us? They don’t realize that ONA is doing more than ever.
Communications is happening more and more and there’s transparency about what ONA is doing standing up to bad bosses, supporting members in all sectors and launching campaigns.
But we as Local leaders can’t do it alone. ONA is its members and we need all members across all sectors to get involved. Our global union brothers and sisters are standing up. It’s time for ONA members to do the same.
Fight for better working conditions.
Fight for nurse-to-patient ratios.
Fight for each other.
