I can’t believe I’m finishing my nursing career this way

I had no idea until it caused me severe mental health issues. Then I read this article, realized what it was called and that it was what I experienced. The article focuses on management, but I think it happens to floor staff too everywhere, especially long-term staff. I have 25 years at my hospital and can't believe I'm finishing my nursing career this way. But I can't fight anymore!
