Loss of surgical funding at hospital and given to a private surgical clinic – SHAME!
Closure of three operating rooms.
Spinal block room – loss of RN positions.
Part-time staff loss of hours.
Staff unable to get enough in-lieu hours to cover during shutdowns.
Vacation hours aren’t meant for shutdowns.
Part-time being unpaid for more than five weeks per year.
SHAME!!!
