Undue hardship

We’re short-staffed and when we do come in on our well-deserved time off, we aren’t compensated appropriately. We shouldn’t have to grieve getting premium payment when it’s clearly outlined in our collective agreements.

After weeks of waiting to get it corrected and requesting a manual check because of the employer’s error, I’ve experienced undue hardship.

This has to STOP! I know my employer isn’t my friend, but even an acquaintance wouldn’t do us wrong like they do time and time again.
