Backbone

As a health-care professional Bargaining Unit – registered therapists (RTs) – we fell behind RN wages, which was unacceptable.

RTs are also the backbone of critical care, just like RNs. There's no reason not to be on the same pay scale. We just want to catch up.

With bargaining coming up this spring, I will be fighting for equitable pay for RTs.
