“Plane” wrong

Ontario Health at Home (OHaH) have deployed their care coordinators to the OHTs since January 2025. A program that has no guidelines, procedures or policies. We’ve been asked as health-care providers to “build the plane while flying it.”

Everyday, we come to work and try to keep our patients safe with zero guidance and zero support from OHT and/or OHaH.

The agencies that have been assigned to these projects aren’t able to perform basic home care tasks (i.e. IVs and palliative care). SHAME!

When we speak up and advocate, we get told to be quiet. Show a united front. SHAME!

I. WILL. NOT. BE. QUIET!
