Zero tolerance
I hate that my hospital says they have a zero-tolerance policy for workplace violence, but don’t enforce it with visitors or patients.
Zero tolerance should mean zero tolerance. Visitors and patients shouldn’t be allowed to abuse staff and get away with it.
