Crumbling
The managers on my unit have their priorities all screwed up.
Our unit is unsafe. I haven’t worked a fully staffed shift in months, and all my co-workers are suffering and at each other because the place is crumbling.
I’ve only been a nurse for a couple of years and feel so burnt out and done already.
