Shifting direction

I never thought I would be in a career that requires such physical, emotional and spiritual demand.
I used to think nursing is, well, just be a great nurse, awesome to my patients and then I’ll have great satisfaction and a great day!
After years of nursing, I’ve seen situations like challenging patients and families, tensions building up among colleagues because of inequity and burnout, and different management styles that can basically make our day shine or rain or whether we feel respected or deflated.
There are never enough words to summarize all that happened during these days.
I definitely want to give thanks to ONA for letting me vent on F-Word, gain a new perspective, deal with things constructively and move things towards a brighter future for myself and all.
