Our employer denies sick notes, as “nurses are taking advantage.”
Our employer wants to offer safe “suitable work” to a member who had a mental health distress and was undergoing medical treatment. They denied her benefits because she didn’t accept.
“Well, she should be fine if she works on another unit.”
Who made you the doctor? WTF!
