Falling apart

Management at my nursing home refuses to increase the RN staffing ratio when every proof has been given that it’s required and would benefit our residents.
Instead, they’re spending extra money on management recruitment while refusing to create an admissions RN.
This is creating burnout, poor recruitment, etc. But management doesn’t listen to our concerns and the need for retention.
If it wasn’t for dedicated full-time RNs, the nursing home would fall apart!
